  • 簡易做法:
  • 1.自備辣椒和豆瓣醬,辣椒自己用刀剁碎跟豆瓣醬混在一起。
  • 2.生薑洗凈拍破,大蒜去皮,蔥白切段。
  • 3.鍋里放油,調成小火,放入蔥,姜,蒜煸炒一會。
  • 4.再將混合好的豆瓣醬和辣椒,慢慢翻炒,大概20分鐘。期間要不斷的翻炒避免焦掉。
  • 5.放入「和春堂 清香燉包及麻辣燉包」,加入3000cc水熬30分鐘左右。
  • 6.把麻辣包和鍋內東西撈起丟掉!加入自己愛的食材和肉再加入辣椒包點綴;食材煮熟即可上菜。
  • 備註:不吃辣者可以直接丟燉包加3000的水、加入喜愛食材並加鹽調味煮熟即可上菜。

  • Simple method:
